BALLET BARRE BURN

The E.L. Rhythm Fitness Signature Workout!
Challenge your core, flexibility and endurance while doing ballet movements in a fitness format. Strengthen, lengthen and tone for a total body workout while using a barre for support. You will need a chair or a counter for balance, water, towel and space to move in.
Classes held via Zoom and in person at Synergy Dance Center in North Wales, PA. 

FULL BODY
CIRCUIT

Class Benefits: Strength Training, Toning and Conditioning

Full Body Circuit is a muscle building and conditioning class designed to give you the maximum workout in little time. Exercises will utilize a mixture of dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, and body weight to sculpt and define arms, back, legs and glutes. You will need a yoga mat, water, towel, free/hand weights (light-heavy) and barbell if possible but not required.
Classes held via Zoom and available for small group training.

STRONG NATION™

Strong Nation™ is a high intensity workout where every move is synced to the beat. This program was designed to help you burn fat, build lean muscle, and tone your abs, legs and glutes. High intensity moves like jacks, planks, push ups to get the heart pumping. Modifications will be offered. You will need a yoga mat, water, towel and space to move in.
Classes held via Zoom and available for small group training.

POP PILATES®

Enjoy a Pilates mat fusion class of ab-sculpting, total-body-defining moves choreographed to Top 40 hits.  This workout is great for people of all ages and fitness levels—challenging students to flow from one exercise to the next while developing a solid core and lean, strong muscles in the process. You will need a yoga mat, water, towel and space to move in.
